Cannot watch pre ordered Wicked. Any ideas?

I have preordered wicked bonus edition and can seem to play it today. Any ideas!

? I've had an error code 1100.

What they will do is to cancel the pre-order which should then allow you to order it. I'm not sure you are charged if it still shows as a pre-order but if for any reason you have been charged then they should refund you.

Over the last few months @Iairwilson I've noticed a few customers reporting problems with pre orders. 

the best way to resolve these seems to be a livechat with the Skystore team

 

I have seen a typical solution to be getting a refund on the pre order and starting again.
