I have decided to raise this problem on the forum as my experience on the telephone with both customer service and the Sky Store team has been terrible and caused me huge amounts of stress that has effected my health. Refused to expect that their even is a problem on the website.
I have had the telephone terminated first call mid explaining, blamed my devices and insisted this feature works fine second call, full of obstructiveness the third call answering my detailed explanations with another question after I believe I had provided more than enough information to him, and the third customer agent then who spoke with the sky store team received forwarded passed on advice that their was no problem.
Unacceptable obstructiveness while denying any problem exists and blaming my devices. I hate that from companies.
The problem occurs when signed in to the skystore.com website.
I go to my library, my movies, purchased.
I prefer to see the items I own alphabetically.
I choose "Sort: A-Z" on the right hand side.
(I then make sure I click show more at the bottom of the page till that doesn't say that anymore.)
It is at this point that some purchased movies are not listed in the Sort A-Z.
Examples:
Sonic
Venom
Hunger Games
However, if I use the "Sort: Date Added" those missing purchased movies are listed.
I have tried both the latest Google Chrome and the Latest Microsoft Edge. Same problem occurs.
My computer is windows 11. and Windows is up to date.
My drivers are all up to date.
My software applications are all up to date.
It's not my device or the browser that I use and there is a problem on the skystore.com website.
I do not appreciate and take offense to the conduct that I have received during the past 24 hours.
(Just to add, there is an open and ongoing complaint. I have been provided with a reference number.)

The only thing I have noticed it that after selecting A-Z this option is still viewable at the top right but on yours images it doesn't appear to be present as you have the tool bar where mine is as you can see here:
My purchased films are then shown.

The reason for this is that I have nearly 200 movies. Scrolling / moving down the screen beyond 12 movies removes the visable sort by.

The reason maybe that it works for you due to not reaching beyond the "show more" point at the bottom of the page.
After clicking "Show more" again and again till this doesn't show anymore.
I would like to read your experience if you have more than 100 purchasers listed. Thanks.

Show more example.
The problem happens when all the show more has been clicked then trying to seach for a movie title at that point.

My PC setup is similar to yours. I've "only" got 39 movies in Skystore but I'm unable to recreate the problem your experiencing.
Whilst not necessarily a solution, do you experience the same problem with missing titles if you use the Skystore desktop app ? Rather than the website

The reason you are not able to recreate the problem i'm experiencing is due to you only having 39 movies.
To try to recreate the problem you or someone else would need to get enough movies to reach that "Show more" button I mentioned above.
Once the "show more" button is pressed from that point onwards it seems the problem occurs.
Less than 50 movies and the choosing the sort by A-Z will result in displaying them all with no issues.
Prior to the "show more" button my movies are listed fine.
The issue by my experience is when the "show more" button is pressed on the sort A-Z,
this results in not loading and listing all the roughly 200 movies I have purchased.

Unfortanately for personal reasons I do not own a mobile phone that has internet capable features at the moment.
I am unable to use apps. Sorry.

for clarity and apologies if I'm misunderstanding your point, I'm not referring to a mobile phone app, I'm referring to the Windows desktop app which runs ( for me anyway) perfectly well on my windows 11 desktop PC

I owe you an apology i'm sorry. I missunderstood you.
I will attempt to download and install the desltop then report back if the issue is still the same.
For your information after 120 movies that is when you will hit the "show more" botton.
To attempt to recreate the problem I do believe a purchased amount beyond 120 movies is required.

Your suggestion has been very interesting cheers.
I download the desktop skystore app and installed.
Logged in and instantly knew there was a difference.
There was no "show more" button and all the listed movies loaded up fast and listed as they should do on A-Z.
Definately seems to be an issue with the pressing the "show more" botton on the skystore.com website.
I have taken 3 screenshots from the skystore desktop app for comparison to the early screenshots..

For what it's worth (and I appreciate it hasn't fixed the glitch you experienced when using the regular website) I only ever use the desktop app when on my PC and don't find the need to use the website (other than - I think I'm right in saying - you need the regular Skystore website to actually make a purchase)

Although it hasn't fixed the glitch I experienced when using the regular website,
knowing that I can use the desktop skystore app now using the sort by A-Z without any issues
is a huge help and benefit for me.
Your personal experience on how you yourself use the website and skystore desktop app is good sound advice too.
