This is something we see regularly on the forum
Part of the structure of Skystore is that you have a credit limit agreed between the customer and Sky. It sounds like for whatever reason - yours has been set to zero. It's rarely anything the customer has done wrong - it's just so that the customer doesn't run up an unexpected bill
To resolve it - I suggest you try a livechat with the Skystore team who are open till 7.30 tonight. Then open again at 11am tomorrow
