Why can't I cast a film I have purchased from sky store to my chrome cast?

I've read of a few reports of this on the forum and it seems to be a problem specifically with casting from Chromecast. I'd suggest contacting the Skystore team to see if they have an update on the problem

It appears to be a DRM issue☹️

if you use search This Board above for "error code 5000" you'll the see the previous reports😉
