Where do I find my credit amount?

Hi there,

I was given compensation of credit for Sky Store as the Sky Q box stopped working. I thought I used some to pay for a movie but have realised I've been charged full price for movie.

Where do I find how much credit I have on my sky store account please?

If it has been added to your account then it should be shown here under Credit Balance a little way down the page:

https://www.skystore.com/n/aacc/my-account/account

If it is there then you can only use it online so if you purchase a Buy and Keep film you can then send it to your Sky Q box. You can not do this with rented films.
