Bought a box set from sky store..after many attempts, it wont send to my sky q box..what can I do to fix this?

I don't know if your circumstances are the same- but earlier this month I read a similar post to yours.
The problem for that customer was that one of the items bought in a compilation, whilst available online, was not available to buy on the Sky Q box. That was reason why the item could not be "sent to box"
I appreciate this isn't a solution as such - but my be the reason.
