Does anyone know when I will be able to select digital+dvd for the secrets of dumbledore as it's only showing digital download 19.99

The disc version of Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore is not due on disc until July 25, 2022. So for now, it's digital only.

Having the a digital only release ahead of the disc version seems to becoming more common for popular movies.
