What does this message mean?
I want o buy a movie from the Sky Store. But each time I try I get the message:
"you can't make this purchase as your credit limit is not enough". That isn't precise but close enough.
i have not set a credit limit so don't understand what the limit is and there does not seem any way to change it.
please help as there is no help on the website and no one to call

Re: What does this message mean?
Hi @Argqwe
This is something we hear of a lot on the forum
The message isn't about the customer doing anything wrong. It's usually where the Sky system has set or reset the store purchase limit to £0
We hear this happens to avoid a situation where a customer can run up a debt on movies before agreeing a limit with Sky. To fix this - all it usually takes is a live chat with the Skystore team (opens at 11am and is open on Sundays)
I find it helps to go online a few minutes before 11am (if you have time) to get in the queue
Here's a good link. Hope it helps

Re: What does this message mean?
Every Sky Store has a credit limit on it to prevent overspending so it sounds like yours is either set at £0 (and this happens a lot) or it is to low for you to make a purchase. Either way as it is a very common issue Sky Store support will be able to sort this out for when you contact them about it.
