Hi @Jameslouise 

If you mean not compatible because you don't have a UHD TV, that's an easy one to fix ( I assume you rented it from your Sky box) 

Just delete the movie then delete it again from your deleted items 

you won't be charged for the uhd version if you haven't been able to play any of it 

Then just re rent the version you prefer
