We recently left sky as we cant afford it at the moment and now all the movies we purchased through sky have dissapeared except one

When a customer leaves Sky they are still entitled to view movies they have bought under "buy and keep" through Sky store
typically though the Skystore team have to make an adjustment to the account for this to happen. We have heard this referred to as a "Sky store only" account
There is a Skystore live chat which opens at 11 am and they should be able to help you with this if you explain what has happened. This is a link for them

In the middle of trying that thogh seems to be a long process and cant understand why all movies have dissappered except one.....weird.

No but it did all happen after we left sky....just glad i got them back

It depends how they are bought🤔
If bought online they will be in the online Sky Store apps ... if bought on a Sky+, Sky+ HD, or Sky Q box they will require the update😉
