Voucher used in error and code no longer valid

I used a sky store voucher in error and deleted the film (never even opened to watch) and now I cannot use the voucher

Hi @R2t 

 

All I can think of as an option here is that you try a live chat with the Skystore team and ask if they will offer a goodwill replacement of another movie / refund 

 

they are open till 7.30pm
