Hello, I've had an email sent to me from Sky stating: "Welcome to Sky Store. As a Sky VIP, you can enjoy your first movie on us." Wh Ed n I click on the 'claim now' link it takes me to the movies I can choose but when I click on one it wants me to pay for it. Can't get any help from Sky contact us Bot. Can anyone assist please?

Make sure you are signed in to Skystore and using the same Sky login as you use for your Sky account.

For detailed support - you can livechat with the Skystore team but I don't think they reopen till 11am tomorrow
