VIP code saying technical issue

trying to download a vip diamond film with a code but keeps saying technical issue try again later

Was it a Buy and Keep film or a rental one and on what device are you trying to download it on, so a Sky Q or Sky+ box, computer or mqac, phone or tablet, Sky Glass or Stream ?

Some  basic things to try @wendy+mccarthy4 

 

(apologies if they are too obvious) 

 

Log out and then log back in again 

 

if no good - uninstall and reinstall your Skystore software 

 

try a different device if you have one available
