VIP code not working

Trying to download movie using my vip voucher and it comes up with technical error, I've tried it on my sky glass and sky app both say the same error code. Why give codes that don't work!

Are you trying to use the code on the Sky Store website or the app on your Glass TV ?

I had this.  DO NOT download it from your tv, it'll charge you.
