Just rented a film from Sky Store and the screen on my glass to says : Playback unavailable at the moment. Please try again. Code (1100).
Payment has gone through.
Tried reset and refreshed apps but still not working.
Help!!!

Also, Found out from Sky that certain movie/rentals will not play at the moment due to a Sky technical fault which they are working on at the moment.
In the end I was told I would receive a refund for my unwatched rental on my Sky bill.

Also keeps saying: Loading and has spinning circle but then nothing.

When did you fresh the apps as it can apparently take a number of hours to complete.
