Unexpexted error notice when trying to rent fillm

Used code provided on TV screen to complete login. Next screen on phone asked for my second name. I added it then received a nsge saying 'unexpected error' . Stuck - any advice please. Thank you.

I have the same error. Once it asks for my surname, I get the error message and can't complete the order

Make sure your title (Mr, Mrs etc..) and surname is filled in here:
