Sending purchased movies to sky box

I bought movies to watch on my iPad they download ok but when I want to watch on my tv it won't send them, it says sending to your sky box, icon turning round but I cannot do anything else it won't return back and I have to swipe the page off and start again. But it just will not send. I have sent other movies, is there a limit to how many you can send?

The only films that can be sent from your iPad to your Sky box are Buy and Keep ones so are these films these ones ?

I don't think there is a limit on the number of movies you can "send to box" @Sheels21 

 

My thoughts would be to only send one at a time and also it often sorts out these annoying problems if you power off your Sky box at the mains for at least a minute (to allow the internal components to completely switch off) then power back on and try to send again
