The VIP free movie , every time I try to watch it tells me I have no credit . As I don't usually watch and pay , I made an account but it still won't let me watch and again says I have no credit when the price is £0 . Suggestions ??

We've heard of this before - it's where even though the movie is £0, the Sky system seems to insist on a credit limit being applied.
you should be able to resolve this with a live chat to the Skystore support team (open today till 7.30pm)
