Ultra HD purchase. How to cancel

I've purchased a film in ultra hd which we don't have. We can't cancel it, or watch it. We can't even purchase again in another format. Help?!!

If this is a rental film then provided you do watch it in any way you will not be charged

Hi @Caroline52   You need to delete it, then delete it from deleted. You will then be able to download the correct format.

Hi @Gill68   Look under Recordings, Manage. You should be able to work it out from there.
