UHD film downloaded in error

I've downloaded a UHD film in error and unable to play on my tv.  I've deleted the film from my purchase, but sky keeps telling me I've purchased the film and there doesn't seem to be anything I can do about it

Usually if you delete the film and again from the deleted section then you should then be able to access the HD version. If you are saying you can not do this then you will have to contact Sky Store support as they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
