Technical issue when trying to rent movie

Trying to rent a movie for my kids to watch and whenever I click rent movie- it comes up with a message saying there has been a tachnicsl issue please try again later. It has allowed me to "Buy&Keep" a different movie. Anyone know why rent movie is not working?

It looks as though you'll need to contact Sky regarding this error message.

Sky Store offer messages | Sky Help | Sky.com

It's possible that you have a special offer or contract that has recently ended.  Talking to Sky should clear up what the actual problem is.
