Technical fault renting sky store

Trying to rent a movie in sky store on sky Q - error code technical issue can't download please try later

A few other people via here are also reporting this eror so the more people that contact Sky Store support about this the quicker the issue will hopefully be fixed, you can do this here:

Trying to download (rent) a film from Sky store but keep receiving an error message after putting in pin "because of a technician issue, your download can't be completed. Please try again later". Have tried several times and rebooted the system but no change in the message

This is still an ongoing issue. Have been trying all day to rent a film for my son and keep getting the same error message. Tried other films but same error came up

Best advice imo @Michael371 is still  to contact the Skystore team after they reopen tomorrow at 11am
