Trying to watch a film on skystore on my glass tv and says i need to remove devices,ive done that st

I'm trying to watching an old film I'd purchased on skystore on sky glass tv but it says I have to remove some devices, I've done that but it's still not working ,and one device won't let me remove it , why won't it let me watch anything

@Carltan I have moved your post to the Sky Store forum as hopefully someone whomis an expert on the Store maybe able to help but at a guess you will need to manage the devices through the Sky Store website rather than on the TV but that is a guess.

Did you remove the devices from here as we can only have 4 registered to use with the Sky Store:
