Supergirl (Bonus Edition)

Pre-ordered Supergirl (Bonus Edition) which came out today and it's not letting me download it. 

Anyone have this problem ?

I can't understand why this is always an issue because I had the same problem with Superman (Bonus Edition) last year.

Did you solve this by contactinmg Sky Store support, even if you didn't do that last time I would try this as they might cancel the pre-order which should allow the order to be placed again.

They have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

The best place to contact is the Skystore support team who are there now - however - you do have to decline all suggestions until you get through to a human on live chat
