I've been waiting 4 days for my Sky Store eVoucher to be despatched. I spoke to a Sky adviser on the first day. They told me it would be despatched within a few hours or the next day. 

I'm still waiting 4 days later.

Anyone had a similar problem?

I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

Thanks. I've contacted them and await their reply. Hopefully within the next 24 hours I'll be sorted and I'll have my eVoucher.

Got an acknowledgment saying they'd reply with 48 hours. Actually more than 72 hours have gone by with no reply.

I rang Sky Store. They told me about a long delay for the dispatch of eVouchers. 

I would expect Sky Store to let me know this as part of their answer, rather than not giving an answer.

Anyone else feel the same way?
