I'm not going to try it myself as I have no interest in that film but I've obtained a few free films by the method described. What is happening when you try and someone may be able to help you as just saying it doesn't work is not enough information?

It looks like you're choosing the wrong(payable) option. The instructions say To download your movie, search Shazam! on your Sky box and select the HD Digital Buy & Keep version priced at £0.00 / €0.00

That's what I am doing, it as £7.99  crossed out then £0.00, then I go to download , enter my pin then get the message unable to process @Chodley

Hi @Bagel+15   Even if it zero priced you still need a payment method set up in the Sky Store.
