Sky store

I can't understand it all my bills are paid and sky store won't let me buy keeps saying credit limit has been reached

The good news is that error message is nothing to do with your Sky bills and secondly this is a quite common issue that Sky can fix for you:

 

So you might want to get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
