Sky store

Hello, 

we rented The Batman Sunday, started it but, didn't get to finish it, gone back to it tonight and it's gone. I can see now it says 48 hours after pressing play it will disappear. Is there anything I can do, we had an hour left. Thanks

The best thing I can suggest is that you try a live chat in the morning (they open at 11am) with the Skystore team - explain egg if at happened and ask for a bit of goodwill 

 

this does happen from time to time and there often is confusion over the fact you have a week to start watching- but only 48 hours after you press play. 

hope they are helpful and that you get it sorted out 

 

This is a good link - I find a good idea is to get in the livechat queue at about 10.57 and stay online until they open and an agent is free
