Sky store

Hi I rented a movie from sky store in uhd but my television does not support this, can I change it to HD instead?

Hi @Olivia- 

 

Theoretically if you don't play a second of a movie which you have rented on your Sky box, then you shouldn't be charged. 

So if you delete it, then go to your deleted section (in Sky Q, within recordings / manage) and delete out of there - then just re rent in HD 

 

However, keep an eye on your charges just to make sure you don't get charged twice
