Sky store

How do you get a film from sky store app to your sky q box? Looked online and says there is a option to send to box but I can't see one?

When I select a movie from within my Skystore library - I see a page like this. Do you see something different?

You can only send a Buy and Keep film to your Sky Q box and not a rented film, so for Buy and Keep films you can do this here:

 

https://www.skystore.com/n/mlbm/my-library/my-movies

 

Locate the film and select it as you should then see the option to send it to your box. You can also do this via the Sky Store app.

I go on the link select the fil  but the only options I get are play or download not option send to box. And they are buy/ keep films not rented.

Is your Sky Store account linked to your Sky account:

Does the "View my Sky account" link appear on the right under "My Sky Account" on the link ?

No I just see a picture of the film and then option to play or download

It is more likely that it wasn't available as others were using it whenever you tried to use it, the best time to use this if you can is to get in line at about 10.58am a few minutes before it is open.
