Sky store

I tried to rent a film tonight but it won't let me. Its saying purchase failed not available on package

On the forum we hear of a lot of messages similar to yours (these are almost always due to  your Skystore account not being enabled yet by Sky for transactions)

 

Sometimes a purchase limit gets reset to £0 (rarely the fault of the customer - seems to be a process issue)

 

if yours is in this category then the easiest solution is to contact the Skystore team. This is a good link but unfortunately the livechat part isn't open till 11am Monday. You may be able to get through earlier by phone.
