Sky store

I'm having trouble purchasing movies from the sky store, on screen message says purchasing not enabled as not enough money on card but I pay by direct debit, any suggestions please before I spend ages waiting for the phone to be answered

Hi @General70 

 

This is a really common issue - nothing to do with your payment method - but that in the background there has to be a limit set for how much a customer wants to set as a purchase limit for movies 

 

it's usually easy to fix with a livechat to the Skystore team (open till 7.30 this evening)
