Sky store won’t download

Hi, 

we can't seem to download a film from sky store but can download all other channels.

 

last week I couldn't download sky atlantic and sky witness,so an engineer replaced our sky q box,are there issues with sky downloads?

What is happening when you try to download the Sky Store film ?

it says download failed at the top of the screen instantly

Just asking on the off chance @Lee+Cymru are you on regular broadband or on a mobile data type broadband 

 

There were some  problems reported a couple of weeks ago for mobile data users on Three 


Sky customer since 1989.
Sky Q 2TB main box

Im on fibre optic broadband with BT,with good download speeds
