Sky store voucher

I recently placed a complaint with sky and got some sky store vouchers for my inconvenience. 
I went online to claim them... for 48 hours now the claim has just said "awaiting dispatch". 
I've had no email, no codes, nothing to redeem... Getting rather annoyed considering this was a compensation for messing up dramatically when we bought sky glass... help?

Well on here we are just Sky customers like you - so can't update you on your claim 

 

The way forward would seem to be contacting whoever at Sky you have been dealing with 

 

If that proves difficult you couid try a livechat with the Skystore team who are now open - just in case they can help
