Trying to download the new venom 2 in sky store and just keep getting an error. 

nothing wrong with my account at all just keeps erroring on that certain movie

I have the same issue as Rebecca, Sky keeps saying there is a technical issue. I have tried to contact Sky through live chat and waited about 40 minutes for an Agent. I gave up then.

I can purchase through the Sky store app but it does not offer the 20% discount

Don't forget also that if you rent a premiere movie on the app, you can only watch it on a app / PC type device or on a recent LG TV with built in Skystore 

you can't "send to box" with any rentals or use Chromecast for Premiere rentals

I resolved the problem by speaking to Sky, they resolved the issue in 5.
