Had an email saying I get a free film with sky vip. Then all the films in the list don't come up as £0 assuming because I'm not signed in. Try to sign in it accepts my email and password then asks for my surname. After inputting this and accepting terms and conditions it just comes up with 'an unexpected error occurs.' Also no luck doing it on sky tv as it comes up with nothing about welcome reward on the sky vip app.

Yes it does have a special character, would that stop it working?

I'm also having this problem. Phoned sky to see what the problem was and all they said was 'this is an ongoing issue we are aware of and trying to rectify'. It has now been over a week and still no solution.

I'd read all the discussions with people having the same issue before I phoned sky. Have created a new password with no special characters and still not working. Have tried on a laptop, TV, phone and downloaded the app. Same issue every time. Might need to phone again if this is their usual reply. Hopefully more luck on my second try.

I also have the same issue been with sky a week now and still can't access skystore.
Anyone got theirs sorted out yet?
