Sky store rental

I have paid for rental from Sky Store and it has downloaded 200%(!) but won't play. Any ideas? Thanks.

Never seen or heard of 200%

My suggestion would be to delete it

 

then go to your deleted folder and delete it again out of there 

 

Then re download it and hopefully it will be ok 2nd time around 

 

I would suggest not pressing play until the download has reached 100%
