Sky store purchases

I've been with sky over 25 years and paying an extortionate amount every month. Over the years I have built up a movie library which I purchased via sky store. I was livid to discover that if you down grade your package you cannot access your library. These movies belong to me.

@KNicholls

That isn't quite correct because as long as you remain a Sky TV customer then you still have access to all your purchases. If you were to cancel your TV package then you would still have access to them on other devices that the Sky Store app can be installed on so like LG TVs, ipads, macs PCs and the like.

Firstly that's not true.  You purchase a limited licence.

However... That's not true.

Any purchases can be accessed for the duration of your Sky subscription and can be accessed afterwards too using supported hardware - https://www.skystore.com/n/hwtw/help/faq/ways-to-watch

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
