Free but not

I have a voucher to get a movie for free and used it online but the acc still has a charge.

 Any clues how to get rid.

 

 The Bot directed me here rather than speak to an agent

The Sky system does like customers to ask questions here on the forum - but as we are all Sky customers like you, charge refunds is not something we can help with. 

There is a Sky store support team but they are not open today.  The usual hours are 11 am to 7.30pm Monday to Saturday. I'm honestly not sure if they are open on Easter Monday but they will certainly be there on Tuesday. 

if you say a bit more on here about the circumstances of your charge (was it a rental or a buy and keep/ where did you buy it and what sort of voucher ) we might be able to clarify the reason why you were charged.

Did you apply the voucher to your online Sky Store account and also use your online account to make you purchase ?
