Sky store purchases unable to play.

I've cancelled sky tv now sky store won't let me play the movies I have paid for. What can I do??

Often, the Skystore support team can change your former Sky account into a "Skystore only" account.  

They open at 11am Monday. The live chat is usually helpful

Once your account has been changed over you will be limited to watch your films on devices other than a Sky Tv platform, so thois like phones and tablets etc.
