Trying to get into Sky Store App on my LG TV. It won't seem to load at all & is totally unresponsive. All I get is a blank screen. I have tried deleting the app then reinstalled it but it's no different.

Same been a week now I've got over 200 movies and can only watch on smart phone not my 72" tv it's a joke!!

Have you tried LG support for an update on this @Bambi79
This fault is being reported by several users but is not across all LG TVs - my 2021 model works fine.
it would be interesting to hear from LG to see if they recognise it officially and if there is a fix expected
