Assuming this is a UHD rental you've ordered for your Sky Q box, theoretically you should not be charged because you can't have viewed any of it.
So delete it, then go to your settings / recordings /manage / deleted .... then delete it again out of there.
Then you should be able to re rent it in HD
Keep an eye out though to make sure the original charge is not applied
If you end up with two charges you need to live chat with the Skystore support team through this link (next open on Monday 11am)
