Sky store movie

I pre-ordered a film which now as been rey and is in my purchases but when I go and press to watch there is no play film to watch it what do I do

There are a few different suggestions we can offer depending on the circumstances. Could you give us a bit more background. 

Which movie is it, what Sky platform are you viewing in on and is it HD or UHD ? 

are you getting an error message ?

The film is the fix I have sky glass and I'm diamond it says it's purchased but there is no play film in the next stage just trailer
