Sky store movie not downloaded to sky box

Just rented a movie for my son to watch on my app on my phone and it's not showing g anywhere on my tv box. Usually I can buy on the app as I have so much credit on there and then it how loads to my tv sky box Q and watch on there but it's no where to be seen. Anyone help?

With rented movies what happens is different as they can only be viewed on the device they were rented on so for you it can not be sent to your box.

This is an inexplicable Sky policy that should be changed?

Rented or bought both should be able to be sent to a Sky Sat box?

If there is a technical reason rentals can not be sent to Sky Sat boxes there should be a warning message at the point of sale
