Sky store help

I have sky stream and a silver Vip free movie. I can log into sky store on my mobile with my sky ID . My sky app on TV  won't let me so I cant watch the free movie. Any help appreciated

What is happening when you try to login to the Sky Store app on your TV via Sky Stream ?

Im getting error code 0300 . Trying to phone sky everything they put me through to sky store their phone cuts off. 

I've rebooted box / Internet,  refreshed done everything.
