Sky store help

I got a movie from sky store from sky for free and I got movie already.is there any way to get a refund on this and parchase a different movie?

There is a small selection of films you can choose from:

 

The offer is limited to a selection of titles and cannot be swapped for alternative movie

I rang sky and told them that I made a mistake on getting a movie cos I already got that one recorded and the man on phone did tell me that he will send me a voucher though email but he hasn't 

I hate it when companies lie to you so you can be kept quote it's no on...
