Sky store can’t process Payment

Error on sky store when trying to purchase a video

Hi @Maddison51   Have you tried settings up a payment method on your Sky Store account? To play safe always buy your film on the device you want to view it on afterwards.

For whatever reason,  probably an old system Sky haven't updated i.e. Sky Store, that only applies to rentals🤔
