Sky store app update installled and all apple devices not working. Different error messages generated when trying to access titles including 'playback error' and 'you have reached your device limit' which sky support acknowledge I have not.
sky support providing no solutions and seem reluctant to acknowledge app update is obviously flawed
also whole sky support telephone service seems ever more dysfunctional
