Sky store app not playing on apple

  • Sky store has stopped playing on apple iphone , tried faq trouble shooting getting message stating "please note , we dont currently support playback on IOS & android devices", always used to work can anyone shed any light on this as used to work

Hi @JimRev 

 

You won't be able to view on IOS using a browser but you should definitely be able to view using the Skystore app. HOWEVER - I've just logged in on my iPhone and  I'm getting error messages also. I upgraded my iPhone software to IOS 27 yesterday . I wonder if it's related to that.
