Sky store UHD download

I mistakenly selected UHD when trying to rent a movie from SkyStore. My TV doesn't support UHD  and so the film won't play and now because the movie has been purchased, it would allow me to download it in standard HD? Any ideas?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Delete the UHD version then go to the deleted folder and delete it again from here. Now you can download in HD as you will not be charged for the UHD version.
